Mission Objective
Ticket Tackle was built using Laravel and TailwindCSS to support a structured legal workflow environment with a clean and responsive interface. The platform includes an admin dashboard designed for efficient ticket management, helping teams organize, review, and act on requests in one place. Microsoft Teams integration was added to improve collaboration and keep internal communication aligned with case and ticket activity.
